<p>Leaked via the video sharing site <a href="http://www.viddler.com" target="_blank">Viddler</a>, a frolicker known only as <a href="http://www.viddler.com/explore/shedtroll/" target="_blank">shedtroll</a> gives us an unprecendented first look at one of the few Frolicking Permits issued by the World Frolicking Organization.  This permit seems to give the frolicker unlimited access to public areas for the purposes of frolicking.</p>
<p>Although the video footage you see above is blurry, the true spirit of the frolic shines through.  Let this be a lesson to you closet frolickers out there (including me): There&#8217;s no shame in the frolicking game.  Just be sure to keep your frolicking permit handy in case anyone questions your frolicking validity.</p>
